Real Techniques Travel Essentials Brush Set

As I promised I am back with another Real Techniques Brush Review,

You know my ideas on Real Techniques Brushes, so I will cut this bit short and jump to my review.

The Set Comes with

Includes 3 full-size brushes + case:

Essential foundation brush: Build flawless custom coverage with liquid foundation or concealer

Multi-task brush: for effortless application of powder, blush, and bronzer

Domed shadow brush: tapered design smoothly shades and defines eyes

Panoramic brush case is a 2-in-1 case + stand

I admit I only bought this for the multi task brush.

As you can see, the brushes in this kit are made with taklon bristles (aka synthetic fibers) I do dislike synthetic brushes. It easier to brush but I do not really like synthetic fibers.

Dome Shadow Brush

Is good for any type of eye shadow application, It is also good to use it with pigments & loose eye shadows.

This brush also comes with the Core Collection, So far I mainly use it for blending creamy eye products.

It synthetic so it is also perfect for any loose eye products, also eye glitters.

Multi Task Brush

It is good for applying powder, bronzers & and any other loose face products.
I have purchased this set just for the multi task brush.

Foundation Brush

it is too small to be a foundation brush, and I much prefer to use this as a concealer brush.
You can also apply creamy products, like cream (paste) foundations, & blushes.
I mostly use it for concealer, I do not have a big face, so it is a perfect size for me but I do not use much water based, light coverage foundations and with foundations like MAC Studio Fix Fluid, you need to be quick and when applying those sort of foundations it leaves strokes.
When it is clean I use it for with loose highlighters.
One of the other reasons I purchased these sets because they are all travel friendly, and I no longer want to travel with expensive brushes in my suitcase, as I am fed up from my suitcase gone missing and my high end makeup being stolen. Overall it is OK for teenagers and new beginners but someone like me who already have brushes from MAC, NARS, SHU UEMURA, SMASHBOX, it is a waste of money. Only buy these brushes if you do not have any makeup brushes.
