I am not a girl with a great big appetite, very very picky don't eat everything. Sometimes When we go out I just have to eat siders. :(( or end up eating junk food.. :D oh my favourite.. But I have to admit that everything at the Christmas Press Show was very mouth watering. We do not have Whole Foods Market here but whenever I am in London, I purchase bits and pieces and take home.

This Christmas Whole Food Market launches its first ever click and collect service for its London Based Customers. This service will be available from the end of October.

During the Christmas Press Show we had a chance to taste their delicious food, fish, cheese & charcuterie range.

As I have mentioned above its pretty delicious & mouth watering.

All the fish, meat & vegetable range are organic.

Sous Vide Révolutionises turkey roasting time at the Whole Foods Market

Used by the top chefs & restaurants across the UK. Sous Vide technique is coming out of the professional kitchen to our tables.

Having been cooked in Sous Vide for 2 hours, each piece of meat will be vacuum packed and ready for the customer to take home and roast, which will take around 45 minutes and will give the joint its final colour.

The Turkey Breast will serve 4 and cost £39.99
