MYSTICAL MAKE UP AND BEAUTY

This is really a difficult colour to work it with at least for me, as it is a neon shade when you wear it alone you could still see your nails, it shows the ridges & errors on the nails. But than again if you wear it another shade on a base coat than it is a bit OK but still not enough to make it look nice, I tried to apply it over a peachy shade, but you can try it on chalk white or any other matching shades.



First of almost it is nearly 12 coats
1 coat of base coat ,  peachy shade applied over the base coat, generous amount of Essie Action Applied over peachy shade than 2 coats of top coat. After it dries it just takes a matt shade, which is not good on a luminous, bright neon. I expect my neon to look glossy.
I am not great applying nail polishes but I am not the worst,.
