Nina Ricci L'Air du Temps Eau De Parfum Reviews

L'Air du Temps is a women's perfume by the French fashion house Nina Ricci. It was created in 1948 when Nina Ricci's son Robert sought to expand the house's business into perfumer In its original production, the perfume was contained in a bottle designed by René Lalique.
This perfume means a lot to me,  when I was young kid my mum used to wear this perfume.
I always loved and still loving Ninna Ricci L'air du Temps.

Vintage Bottle
I do not think that there are many perfume houses that they have this much legendary bottles.
This fragrance is now 66 years old
As far as I remember I might be wrong as some bottles are vintage and they no longer exist.
One of the bottle's was half glass and half golden shade and Nina Ricci L'air Du Tempts was engraved.
Some bottles were not spray bottles.
This not one of those fragrances that younger generations would know.
This perfume is the perfume that made me love Nina Ricci Fragrances
This perfume reminds me freedom, royalty, love, romance and hopes.
I can easily smell jasmine and gardenias. Those are the strongest notes

It is really easy to wear, at any age any time.

I loved the caps, the glass white dove..

Here are the notes.
warm
white floral
powdery
woody
spicy
aromatic
floral

This bottle sold out from 800$ few years ago..

Top Notes
Carnation
Peach
Neroli
Bergamot
Rose
Rose Wood
Aldehydes

Middle Notes
Rosemary
Carnation
Gardenia
Violet
Orchid
Cloves
Orris Root
Jasmine
Ylang Ylang
Rose

Base Notes
Spices
Benzoin
Sandalwood
Amber
Musk
Oakmoss
Iris
Vetiver
Cedar

It is not a sexy perfume, It is more subtle, more lady like, princess style.

If I ever had a chance I would really want Sissi  (Empress Elisabeth of Austria) wear this.

I watched the Movie version with Rommy Schneider long long time ago and last week when I was sick and I found an Italian Version more modernised version and watched that and got into tears.

A miniature version of L'air du temps

I think this perfume should pass from generation to generation..   Grand mother- mother-daughter triangle

I am an absolute romantic, fortunately there is no cure for that yet.

PS: Nina Ricci L'air Du Temps also featured in Silence of the Lambs
