Olfactive Studio, a unique collaboration that sees world renowned photographers team up with some of the most respected perfumers in France. With each drawing inspiration from the others work, the result is a stunning collection of highly evocative fragrances and images.

Brainchild of fragrance industry veteran, Céline Verleure (creator of Kenzo Jungle and L’Eau par Kenzo), this meeting of contemporary photographic art with the ancient art of perfumery is the catalyst for fragrances that capture a moment in time allowing us to relive past experiences, emotions and memories.














Photographer Laurent Segretier Perfumer Olivier Cresp (Firmenich)

Capturing that moment when the past makes a sudden appearance in the present, Segretier’s photograph offers an evocative glimpse of a beautiful face. Pixilated to the point of appearing slightly blurred, this tantalizing image is both romantic and seductive…….

Perfumer Olivier Cresp’s interpretation of this image is a vibrant, tangy fragrance that brings to mind the delicious childhood memory of freshly baked fruit tart.

Heart notes: Pink Pepper, Granny Smith Apple

Base notes: Vetiver, Cedarwood, Amber, Musk

Photographer Massimo Vitali Perfumer Sidonie Lancesseur (Robertet)

Vitali’s stunning photograph captures the almost blinding effect of the blazing sun as it bleaches the colour from a stretch of craggy Italian coastline until it almost resembles an iceberg.

Sidonie Lancesseur has created a fragrance, which gently envelops the wearer and brings to mind the languor induced by the crushing heat of the sun yet surprises with a sensual spiciness.

Photographer Frédéric Lebain Perfumer Dora Arnaud (Firmenich)

Offering perhaps the most abstract of all the images, Lebain shows us celebratory paper sculptures spinning gently. Delicate enough to be blown away by a puff of wind, the sculptures appear to be suspended in time and space capturing a moment of festivity and fun.

This fragrance is a real celebration of fun and Dora Arnaud has succeeded in creating a scent that is as luminous and exciting as an exotic cocktail.

Taking the idea that a self-portrait may be the route to discovering the essence of the great unknown, oneself, Lapôtre presents us with an eternally beautiful image. He suggests that seeing ones reflection is the answer to inner harmony.

Nathalie Lorson’s interpretation of this concept is an intense and intimate fragrance that you wear for yourself, enjoy for yourself….

Photographer Clémence René-Bazin Perfumer Dorothée Piot (Robertet)

What exactly happens in the dark room? It’s a mystery! René-Bazin invites us to use our imagination and as we go beyond this heavy shroud of mystery we see a room full of intimacy and secrecy, a lovers room….

Chambre Noire is a fragrance to be worn after dark. Dorothée Piot has created a warm, opulent and sensual fragrance to be shared in the intimacy of a romantic liaison.
