I just received an email from Coastal Scents, they are announcing their new product, a brand new lip plumper, i wish their international shipping is not that expensive so that i can buy what i need from Coastal Scents,
I have heard so much good things about Coastal Scents, I did ordered few pans, but my parcel lost in post and we resolved it but actually i am still scared to order once more.
They are not a big company so they should be more careful,

Application Instructions:
Apply to clean and exfoliated skin- lips only - You will immediately feel the slight tingling and burning sensation of the extracts going to work, circulating blood flow to the area ( those who have tried lip plumper's know that this is normal with all lip plump products), this is the plumping effect. Allow up to 15 minutes before applying lip color for full benefits. Do not drink or eat during this waiting period, you will remove product, resulting in less than the full and gorgeous effect this offers.
Ingredients: Petrolatum, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Ethylene/Propylene/Styrene Copolymer, Butylene/Ethylene/Styrene Copolymer, Alcohol denatured, PEG-60 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Capsicum(Capsicum frutescens) Extract, Mint Flovor, Tocopherol Acetate, Polysorbate 20, Red 33
