Ombre Perfecteur Clair – Prep the eye with two clicks from this eye shadow base to extend wear and prevent creasing.

Color Design Liberty Palette Indigo Charm –
















Sweep Audacity across the lid, through the natural contour, and pulling the color in toward the bridge of the nose with Blending Shadow Brush #17. Using the Blending Tip Brush #16, place a small amount of Declaration to the outer contour and blend into the crease. Start with a small amount of shadow and layer for more intensity. Use the same brush to sweep Liberty underneath the lower lash line to create a smoky gaze. Smudger Brush #10 is perfect for highlighting the inner corner of the eyes with Charming – focusing on the inner half of the upper lid and just the lower inner corner.





Ink Artliner Indigo Charm – Line the entire tear line with the Fall 2009 Liner for a dramatic effect. Navy and indigo eyeliners make the whites of your eyes look brighter!

Virtuôse Black Carat – Virtuôse Black Carat curves your lashes, opening up the eyes while the Virtuôse Royal Gold applied to the tips of the lashes creates a light reflective brightening effect.




Face:


Photôgenic Lumessence Buff 4C – To even out skin tone and achieve very light coverage, use one pump of this oil-free, hydrating fluid. Blend under the eyes and across the center of the face in soft strokes with Foundation Brush #2. To even out skin tone, minimize pores and achieve medium coverage, use two pumps of makeup with Foundation Brush #2. Blend in soft strokes under the eyes and across the center of the face. “Press” the makeup into the skin to fill in visible pores.


Photôgenic Concealer Light Buff – To help the under eye concealer stay in place, first use Blending Shadow Brush #17 to apply a very light amount of powder under the eyes. “Press” on concealer softly with Concealer Brush #8.

Photôgenic Sheer Loose Powder Light Buff – Dip Powder Brush #1 into the powder and tap it on the side of the jar to remove excess and prevent fallout. Apply powder to the nose and forehead. To minimize enlarged pores, use the included velour puff to press additional powder into the skin, where needed.


La Rose Liberté Goldenescent Glow – Using the Fall Powder Brush, apply to the high points of the face by turning it on its side to enhance bone structure.

Blush Subtil Rouge Glow – Sculpt the cheeks by sweeping color under the cheekbones with Cheek Brush #6.
